1. Seller Details

2. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of handmade upcycled glass products offered through bipunt.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

3. Products and Prices

Prices shown on the website include applicable VAT (21%). Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the destination and shown before checkout is completed. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice; however, the price for an already confirmed order will not be affected by later changes.

Given the handmade nature of our products, made from recycled bottle glass, there may be small variations in color, shape, or texture between photos and the received product. These variations are part of each piece’s unique character and are not considered a defect.

4. Ordering Process

• Select product(s) and add to cart.
• Enter shipping and billing details.
• Choose a payment method.
• Confirm and pay for the order.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once the purchase is complete.

5. Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit card payments through a secure payment gateway. Your card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

6. Invoicing

If you’re purchasing on behalf of a company and need an invoice with your tax details, please note this in the order comments or contact us at tk.design.media.23@gmail.com after purchase.

7. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown during checkout based on your location. We ship within Spain (including the Balearic Islands) and to other EU countries. As our products are made of glass, each order is carefully packaged; if your order still arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for the applicable procedure and timeframes.

9. Legal Warranty

Products are covered by the legal conformity warranty under Spanish and EU consumer law (minimum 3 years from delivery for items purchased from January 1, 2022 onward).

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at tk.design.media.23@gmail.com so we can resolve it directly.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may submit a complaint or request consumer arbitration through Kontsumobide – Basque Consumer Institute (kontsumobide.euskadi.eus), the consumer authority competent for businesses based in Bilbao. Consumer arbitration is voluntary and free of charge for consumers, in accordance with Spanish Law 7/2017 on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters.

If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) (eccnet.eu) can help you with cross-border disputes free of charge.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute not resolved through the above channels, the parties will submit to the courts applicable under consumer protection regulations.
