Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and without penalty, except for the return shipping costs described in section 3.

As an additional courtesy, BiPunt extends this period to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly (for example, by email to tk.design.media.23@gmail.com) stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase, along with your name, order number, and purchase date.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm it and provide the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless the product received is defective or does not match your order, in which case BiPunt will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received, given the handmade and fragile nature (upcycled glass) of the products. We recommend packing the return with the same care used to ship it, to avoid damage in transit.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In line with Spanish consumer protection law (Art. 103, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), returns are not accepted for:

• Items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., engraved or custom-made pieces).
• Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (if applicable to any product in the catalog).

6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, BiPunt will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
